CHOOSING A TEXT FOR YOUR KETUBAH
+How do I know which text to order?
- Choosing the text you want to have on your ketubah might seem like a daunting task. The best first step in choosing your text is consulting with your Rabbi or wedding officiant. Many of them have requirements for a certain type of text. After you further them our texts, and you get the text confirmed, we can happily proceed towards the next step.
+Why are there so many different ketubah texts?
- Ketubah texts, like many other things, have evolved over the many years, each version of the ketubah text is there to provide the different requirements or needs couples have in their way to seal their marriage. Some texts have their emphasize on keeping the beauty of tradition while others try to give modern interpretations for the eternity of the couple's commitment.
+What is personalization?
- Personalization means filling in the blank spaces inside the ketubah text with personal information such as, names of the wedding couple, the date of the wedding and the location of the wedding. On some cases we provide couples with personalization. We do so with the help of a professional calligrapher. This service requires an extra fee. Please consult us on this matter before ordering.
